Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
What is your return policy?
All claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. If return is agreed upon a 20% restocking fee will apply.
What are your payment terms?
For account customers, 30 days FROM DATE OF INVOICE. Prepayment for all other parties.
Can I collect my goods from your warehouse?
In most cases we ship direct to you however yes, local customers are welcome to collect from our warehouse by appointment.
Do you offer reseller discounts?
Yes, if you are a genuine reseller you will receive a resellers discount.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
On some product lines; all bulk discount would be offered in a formal quote.
