These linear rails are composed of circulating ball carriers that slide in a rail.  So a unit includes a fixed guidance profile with ball bearing tracks over one or several carriers.  The carriers are machined to suit each rail (general manufacturing tolerance of around 1/10th mm).

•  Lubricated for optimum life span.
•  Rails made from cold-drawn steel profile, smaller rails in aluminium.
•  15 different models and 2 lengths of carriages to select from.
•  Load capacity 5 to 600 kg/carrier based on mounting on the major axis.

The usual applications for a linear guide rail are sliding doors, either horizontal or vertical. They can also be used for stowage or locker systems across the market sectors, such as Defence, Fire, Offshore and rolling stock.
