Return Policy
Stock Goods no longer required
Goods may only be returned for credit within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Goods must be in original condition.
The quantity of stock Goods being returned must not be greater than our usual stock level.
Goods must be packaged in such a way they cannot be damaged in transit. Transit damaged goods will not be accepted.
The Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller freight prepaid.
A credit note will be issued, subject to inspection by the Seller.
The restocking fee may be waived if another order is placed by the Buyer at the time of advising TEA Transmissions that Goods will be returned.
Non Conforming Goods
The Buyer must ensure that the Buyer inspects the parcel/s being received for damage and or tampering during transit. The Buyer must ensure that any signs of damage or tampering, including re-packing or any other inconsistency, is / are noted on the consignment paperwork presented by the freight company representative prior to endorsement by signature, for receipt and acceptance of the parcel. If the Buyer fails to acknowledge such signs of non-conforming Goods on the consignment paperwork, insurance paid for by the Seller cannot be claimed and damaged or lost goods will become the risk of the Buyer not the Seller.
If Stock Goods are ordered incorrectly by the Buyer
Stock Goods may be returned for credit, less 20% restocking fee and less the cost of freight, if no Goods are being re-ordered, and the quantity does not exceed our usual stock level.
